Título: budgie-panel crashes (SIGABRT) when a Wine application registers a
StatusNotifierItem with a signed WindowId property (type 'i' instead of 'u')

Descripción:
Al lanzar aplicaciones Wine (reproducido con Hearthstone vía Lutris) que
registran un ícono de bandeja del sistema (StatusNotifierItem), budgie-panel
crashea de forma consistente si el applet "System Tray" está activo en el
panel.

Log relevante:
budgie-panel[PID]: Received property WindowId with type i does not match
expected type u in the expected interface

Como BudgiePanel es un componente "requerido" de la sesión, este crash tumba
toda la sesión gráfica (pantalla "Algo salió mal" / fail whale).

Pasos para reproducir:
1. Panel con applet "System Tray" activo
2. Lanzar cualquier app Wine que registre un ícono de bandeja (Hearthstone
   vía Lutris, en mi caso también reportado antes con TeamViewer y Steam
   vía Wine en versiones anteriores de budgie-desktop)
3. budgie-panel crashea al momento de registrar el ícono

Workaround: quitar el applet "System Tray" del panel. El applet "Status
Indicator" (protocolo StatusNotifierItem moderno) no presenta el mismo
problema y puede usarse en su lugar.

- Debian 13 (trixie)
- budgie-desktop versión: [correr 'dpkg -l | grep budgie-desktop']
- Lutris vía Flatpak
- Wine [versión usada por Lutris/Hearthstone]
