p11 did not install `p11_ver.h` in the build used here. This is fixed upstream (cf. https://github.com/OpenSC/libp11/commit/007043d355a9f7f1cd3cb6e80d16cad609fdf2a1) and once this lands in Debian (https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1143356#21) this build should continue past this error.
