The right way to fix this bug is to follow the plan described there: http://wiki.debian.org/qa.debian.org/pts (under the paragraph "Integrate better with <package>@packages.debian.org") I can easily create the "contact" keyword but someone needs to write a script which does the auto-subscription of maintainers to the PTS.
