Hmm...in the version I'm using, from Debian Unstable:

  $ abcde.cs -v
  This is abcde v2.3.99-$Revision: 208 $.

It appears to be illegal to specify a track range along with the
onetrack (-1) flag. The track range gets over-written and a warning is
printed:

  $ abcde.cs -1 -M -o flac -d /dev/cdrom -t 0 1-3
  [WARNING] ONETRACK mode selected, grabbing all tracks...
  Grabbing entire CD - tracks: 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11

The patch I made only affects the cdparanoia settings when in the
ONETRACK mode (-1 passed on the command line). Normal mode ripping (ie:
no -1) should be unaffected.
