Since webkit2gtk is EOL (limited-support) in bookworm and bullseye (see DSA-6232-1, #1135152), we should probably mark epiphany as EOL / limited support as well. We probably don't want to do this with every webkit-based browser as we have already marked webkit as EOL, but given epiphany receives a few CVEs [1] and that it gets installed by default on desktop installations, we may want to mark it anyway.
