Package: dovecot-core
Version: 1:2.3.19.1+dfsg1-2.1+deb12u3
Severity: minor
File: /usr/share/dovecot/conf.d/auth-system.conf.ext

Hi,

Both of the recent updates to dovecot-core in old-stable have resulted
in a notication from ucf that, "A new version
(/usr/share/dovecot/conf.d/auth-system.conf.ext) of configuration file
/etc/dovecot/conf.d/auth-system.conf.ext is available, but the version
installed currently has been locally modified."

It is correct that the installed version has been locally modified, however,
the version shipped with the package appears to be identical to previous
versions. I am running the the Bookworm version of Dovecot in Trixie, as I
still haven't got around to updating my configuration yet, so this might be
a cause.

Thanks,

Roger
