I took the freedom to convert svn2cl using git svn clone https://arthurdejong.org/svn/svn2cl/debian/svn2cl/trunk --no-metadata --authors-file=authors --prefix=svn-import/ svn2cl to git and pushed the result to https://salsa.debian.org/debian/svn2cl where you can find the changes of this NMU. It is actually the last package maintained in SVN (given that it deals with SVN the intention is clear but if there might be issues like #1124787 svn2cl: Vcs bot detection, consider maintaining in salsa which is fixed in this NMU (thus tagging the bug pending) I think its time to migrate to Git.
