1. Take over package maintenance, set myself as Maintainer (Closes: #1085134) - Replace old FSF postal address with canonical HTTPS link, fix lintian warning 3. Bump Standards-Version to 4.7.4, no other changes needed for policy compliance Only one non-blocking warning: `newer-standards-version 4.7.4 (current is 4.7.3)`. This is due to the mentors lintian database not yet synced with the latest Debian Policy 4.7.4 (released March 2026), which is already the official current standard. - I have access to a GlobalProtect VPN test environment for future package testing - I have read the Debian Python Team policy, and will submit a team join request to get Salsa repository access for subsequent maintenance
