Yes. Sorry about this. We do have code which would probably have
avoided this failure, by retrying the dput, [1] but it hasn't quite
made it into mainline and been deployed yet.
For this package, I'm afraid that you'll need to redo the upload with
a new changelog stanza and new verseion number.
