Package: bat
Version: 0.26.1+dfsg-1
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

I'm trying out batcat, or bat in the Rust world, and there is a small annoying
bug.

I want full cat behaviour, which means no pager. But for whatever reason I do
want a pager, I cannot override it on the command line, it takes the configured
value as truth. Slightly annoying.

I think cli apps should have configurable defaults and these should be
overridable by a command line option.

Cheers,
Wesley
