not sure if this is the correct package to report against, feel free to re-assign. On Forky or sid, running debootstrap --arch amd64 --include=initramfs-tools,linux-image-amd64,grub-pc forky /tmp/dest-path fails. linux-image-6.19.10+deb14-amd64 has a depends field like 'dracut | intramfs-tools >=(...) | linux-initramfs-tools, [...]'. During debootstrap, both initramfs-tools and dracut get installed with initramfs-tools failing, saying it's incompatible with dracut. Even `--exclude dracut` doesn't help.
