It does not happen on bugs-devel.debian.org. However 2.6 branch is
likely deployed to bugs.debian.org.
This bug report is a duplicate of
<https://bugs.debian.org/979319>.
Unfortunately bugs.debian.org as a package in the bug tracker is
completely independent from src:debbugs despite both mostly contains
reports relevant to debbugs source code. Perhaps this issue should not
be reassigned to debbugs with hope to avoid more duplicates.
