As we're not very quick on following their releases I propose to include the patch in debian for now, as per https://salsa.debian.org/r-pkg-team/r-bioc-s4vectors/-/merge_requests/1 This will unblock pyrle going into tetsting. https://qa.debian.org/excuses.php?package=pyrle
