* Package name    : raylib
   Version         : 5.0
   Upstream Contact: Ramon Santamaria <[email protected]>
* URL             : https://www.raylib.com/
* License         : Zlib
   Programming Lang: C
   Description : C library for enjoying games programming

  raylib is a simple and easy-to-use library to enjoy videogames programming.
  It is highly inspired by Borland BGI graphics lib and by XNA framework
  and it's especially well suited for prototyping, tooling, graphical
  applications, embedded systems and education.
  .
  This package is useful because raylib is a popular lightweight
  alternative to heavier game engines and is currently missing from
  the official Debian archives.
  .
  I plan to maintain this package as an individual maintainer. I have
  already prepared the initial packaging and uploaded it to
  mentors.debian.net for review.

Thank you for your interest in packaging raylib. I just looked it up and sounds like it would be a great addition to Debian as it could be used by libre games in the future. I'm also thinking of writing a game using raylib so I'd love to see this in Debian soon.

If you have prepared the initial packaging, please file a RFS bug (you can find a template for this on mentors.d.net) so that a potential sponsor can get in touch with you.

Also if you're okay with it, you can maintain it within the Debian Games Team so that it'll be much easier to find sponsors that way. You can find us on #debian-games on OFTC.
