Before incorporating changes in multiarch headers, I'd like to have some documentation on what the field means and what "foreign" means. I am not comfortable with these changes without this information. The people who actually understand this stuff need to help those who do not with normative (and informative!) documentation, otherwise we're just accumulating a pile of future bugs.
