As part of a consolidation effort for the certbot package, we have switched to building all python libraries out of the main source tree. This means all binaries previously built independently are now built by the python-certbot src package. As a result of the migration, this source package is no longer necessary; the documentation has been subsumed into the main python-certbot-doc binpkg, and the python library binpkg is now being built by src:python-certbot.
