I'm not entirely sure this is really a bug, what is it that is bothering you? The delay at bootup? Can you please follow up with kernel logs? Assuming that earlier kernel versions behaved better, can you bisect among the packaged kernel versions from snapshot.debian.org and identify the newest good resp. the oldest bad kernel package?
