Please read libgtk-nocsd0's package description for instructions on how to disable it. It uses systemd style config where you can override a file by using a file with the same name stored in the correct location. The older gtk3-nocsd used /etc/X11/Xsession.d/ but that doesn't work for Lomiri which only supports Wayland. Thank you, Jeremy Bícha
