Package: Debian 13.3.0 amd64 Dear Debian Developers,
I would like to report a problem with the Cinnamon desktop environment on Debian 13.3. After a fresh installation of Debian 13.3 amd64, I am unable to log in Cinnamon environment. When I select the Cinnamon session at the login screen and enter my password, the session does not start correctly. Instead of loading the Cinnamon desktop, the screen becomes black and only the mouse cursor is visible. The desktop environment never appears, even after waiting more than five minutes. What works: Logging into the GNOME session works normally. The system itself does not freeze; only the Cinnamon session fails to start. Thank you for your work on Debian. Best regards Erik Palinay
