Hi. I'm closing the bug now. I was unable to reproduce the problem and upstream was also unable to reproduce. In fact, we were both able to proof that includes were handled as expected, so I guess this was some configuration problem (if that is true, nslint probably should have reported about it, but that would be a different problem). If the bug re-occures, I would be thankful if you re-opened the bug and provided your configuration or at least some configuration which causes the problem to occure. If you do, please don't only included your configuration files, but please also report their permissions on your filesystem because I would guess this problem might have something to do with the file permissions (i.e. some file existant but unreadable by whichever user ran nslint or something similar) - though I think I tested almost all possible variations.
Without a way to reproduce, I'm not able to locate (and fix) the problem.
