I don't understand. The config file reads:
; Expand tabs [default: false]
; If disabled, Zile will insert hard tabs (the character \t),
; otherwise it will insert spaces.
(setq expand-tabs false)
do you mean this description of expand-tabs is not accurate?
Code at least seems to do what the description says:
if (!lookup_bool_variable("expand-tabs"))
insert_char_in_insert_mode('\t');
else
insert_expanded_tab(insert_char_in_insert_mode);
but I'm obviously missing something, as it doesn't work.
