Hi,
I am sorry, my initial bug report have been incomplete.
GNU/kFreeBSD needs also updated config.guess and config.sub.
For config.guess and config.sub is needed a version
at least from last year. It is available in the autotools-dev
packages that are in current sarge, and sid.
You can simply copy them manually, but it can also be done
automatically using the method described in
/usr/share/doc/autotools-dev/README.Debian.gz
Again sorry for incomplete initial bug report.
