Works against 3.4.7.  (I tried compiling it with CVS, but was missing Cache.h.)

It's spam prevention by filtering a completely valid means of sending
mail, which will inevitably reduce spam (as well as reducing legitimate
mail).  Filtering random mails will have a similar effect.  I can't change 
my reverse DNS.
