Okay. So vorbisgain -r -s *.ogg worked. The Replay Gain tags were added.
It also printed a (correct) message that it couldn't set the file's
mode, because you are not the file's owner. There is no bug here.

There is a bug in the 'vorbiscomment -r -s *' behavior. You can easily
work around it by using 'vorbiscomment -r -s .'.
