thanks for your bug report.

I am unfortunately unable to reproduce the issue you are experiencing.

Here, apt-listbugs works on both IPv4 and IPv6 networks.
I don't see any SSL_connect error.

I tried with and without ruby-httpclient installed and I always see
apt-listbugs working correctly:

  $ apt-listbugs list apt
  Retrieving bug reports... Done
  Parsing Found/Fixed information... Done
  serious bugs of apt (→ ) <Outstanding>
   b1 - #1078608 - apt update silently leaves old index data
  Summary:
   apt(1 bug)

I even tried in a sid chroot, but it worked there too.


Do you have any unusual SSL client configuration on the system where
apt-listbugs fails?
