I see that the package python3-trimesh (version 4.5.1-3) recommends
python3-embreex, python3-vhacdx and python3-xatlas which are not in
unstable.
I see that some packages with similar or that names exist in pypi. Since
[1] I think that should not be there unless they are available in Debian.

You're right, this was a mistake on my part. Thanks for pointing it out.
I'll move the packages to "Suggests" with the next upload.
trimesh is a sort of aggregator of different functionality and has tons of
optional dependencies, not all of which are packaged in Debian.
