Dear Maintainer,

After installing the latest security update for firefox-esr, I have noticed a
bug that greatly affects the usability of the program. After a new Firefox
window is opened and some time passes (it seems upwards of an hour needs to
pass in order for the bug to occur), various buttons become unclickable. The
"hamburger menu"/"three lines menu" becomes unclickable, as does everything
else in that area of the UI (the URL bar, the icons of extensions, the forward
and back buttons, etc.) Tabs remain clickable, however they cannot be moved and
sorted by dragging. The buttons to close, minimize, or enlarge the window are
still clickable.

Keyboard shortcuts still work, so the user will need to rely on those in order
to use most features (for example, Ctrl+L is necessary to access the URL bar.)
Any new, additional windows that are opened do not have the issue of
unclickable buttons. I am guessing that they too will suffer this bug if left
open long enough.

I noticed that this security update changed the design of the "minimize
window", "maximinize window", and "close window" buttons. Could that perhaps be
related to this bug?
