This bug should be 'serious' like the other bugs which are preventing
the wlroots-0.19 transition (see #1111151, #1111152 and #1111153), but I
don't feel like figuring out which exact section of the Debian Policy it
is violating.

Anyway, I found an upstream issue which states it does NOT compile
successfully when trying to build against wlroots-0.19.
I don't know if simply patching ``meson.build`` would fix it.
