monodoc-manual is no longer built from src:mono, what you see is a lingering binary package that should (I guess?) disappear from the archive after a while. The current version for any package built from src:mono is 6.14.1+ds2-1. (it looks confusingly similar to 6.14.1+ds-2, so it’s easy to get tricked)
