Dear Maintainer,
* What led up to the situation?
Tried to scan, broken image (vertical stripes, bad colours),
and strange sounds from motor.
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
Downgraded sane to 1.2.1-2.
* What was the outcome of this action?
After a reboot, scanning works again.
* What outcome did you expect instead?
No regression in sane 1.3.1-3+b1.
Thanks,
Claude
