Thanks for maintaining resvg :-D

I cloned the repo on Salsa and ran the CI pipeline upon which I noticed
it failed with the 'blhc' job. Fully expected as blhc does not support
Rust (afaik), so I created a Salsa CI config file in which that job is
disabled ... and now everything is green :-)

It would be great if you could integrate the attached patch into the
repo and configure the Salsa project pipeline to use
'debian/salsa-ci.yml' so that new clones would automatically get a
working and succeeding CI.
