JFTR, upstream addressses this in
<https://github.com/libunwind/libunwind/commit/b67d508a93bf1ba231c18dce3894cfee25c16e0d>.
With that patch applied (and refreshed) to the current packaging the
package does not FTBFS anymore in current Sid. BTW, the same holds true
for the most recent upstream version 1.8.3.

Thus tagging this bug accordingly.
