Package: avogadro Followup-For: Bug #1110448 Seems that this bug was in avogadrolibs, not avogadro (the app).
Applying the fix to avogadrolibs (which certainly needed it), avogadro now builds cleanly (against the patched avogadrolibs). So I think we can close this bug now. Drew
