Hi Sam,

I'd offer to fix RC bugs and do a QA upload while the packaging can be
maintained on Salsa in Debian/ team.  Any external contributor can
easily get access to the repository.  BTW, I stumbled upon zephyr since
bitlbee depends from it and got a testing removal warning due to
zephyr's RC bug.
