package: rkhunter severity: important version: 1.4.6-13 systemd creates /etc/.updated since trixie, and rkhunter understandably flags this as suspicious.
I think it would make sense to suppress this warning by adding ALLOWHIDDENFILE=/etc/.updated to rkhunter.conf as this is going to affect (nearly) every system
