I am not sure if my issue is the same since I don't even know a program
called "dracut".

But I tried to install Trixie 13 with the most recent live system as
well as with the normal multi-desktop netinstall image onto my Fujitsu-
Siemens Lifebook E781. In both cases I can only boot into my system if
I install Trixie without LUKS encryption.

In my case I get shown the LUKS pass phrase prompt and it shows the
dots when I type it in but when I press return afterwards it doesn't do
anything. I can only long-press the power button of my laptop to
forcefully turn it off.

When I boot from the live system I can however access the LUKS
encrypted drive by typing in my pass phrase just fine. I only can't get
the system to boot from it.

I origininally thought my SATA SanDisk SSD PLUS with 120 GB has some
issue with encryption but since I don't seem to be the only one
encountering such an issue I wanted to give this feedback.

A few weeks back I had a similar issue with a T400s laptop using an old
Libreboot version. Back then I concluded that this not updated
Libreboot causes the error with LUKS but since I did encounter the same
issue of not being able to boot in the seemingly successful LUKS-
encrypted Trixie installation now again I doubt that this actually was
the reason. On my ThinkPad T400s I tried to overcome the problem by
installing the system in varoius variations about 10 times. In the end
I could only manage to get it running by first installing Bookworm and
then upgrading to Trixie.
