The current version is so outdated it doesn't work anymore. The upstream version of scrcpy released in June is 3.3.1: https://github.com/Genymobile/scrcpy
Since they offer a standalone Linux download I tested it and it works beautifully with adb shipped in Sid: $ adb --version Android Debug Bridge version 1.0.41 Version 34.0.5-debian Installed as /usr/lib/android-sdk/platform-tools/adb Running on Linux 6.16.3+deb14-amd64 (x86_64) $ aptitude show adb Package: adb Version: 1:34.0.5-12 Please upload the newest version of scrcpy to Debian.
