The game shows "No more moves" and restarts the level when it is 
impossible to finish it.  There is a bug in the check: when there are 
"remove all instances of a random monster" tiles, there is always a 
possible move, which is to click on them.  This is not counted and so a 
level can be discarded when it shouldn't.
