Bug#1067982: printrun: Please replace python3-appdirs dependency with platformdirs

I am uploading a new upstream version as NMU that fixes this issue
so we can soon remove appdirs.

It looks like the patch has not made it to Salsa yet.

Could you please commit the upgrade to 2.2.0 into the repository?
