Dear Maintainer,

Open the SKK settings in fcitx5-configtool, click the dictionary manager at the 
very bottom, and add a dictionary file from the "+" button. The dictionary 
manager will then close. When you open the dictionary manager again, the 
dictionary is not listed.
It is not possible to add dictionaries from the GUI.
