Noticed that man page cgrules.conf.5 is wrong about %u/%U: got them
back-to-front, same for %g/%G and %p/%P.

Issue is entirely Debian specific, caused by template-doc.patch .
I guess that sometime after bug#682748 the code was changed to match
the intent, un-noticed by Debian. Please remove that unwanted patch.
