Hi Sarah,
Since I perfectly agree with Alexander I've created a Git repository in
the Debian Perl Group team space[1]. I'm retitling this bug to "Intend
to Salvage" following the Salvage procedure documented in developers
reference[2]. Please let us know what you think and if you agree to
maintain the package in the Perl team. If you have other plans with
the package just let me know how I can help.
