About the blue icon, I can reproduce it also without wayland (Live
Trixie USB image, default Gnome desktop, System -> About says X11).
And the reason I was trying out a live image was because the issue was
reported to me by a GpsPrune user (with a real Trixie install, after
upgrade from Bookworm), so it's not just on my particular hardware.
The icon issue is only minor, and doesn't affect usability, so it's fine
to close this bug I guess, but I would have liked to keep it open a bit
longer in case someone else can offer a fix.
