The autopkgtests for rust-glib-0.18 seems to be flaky which causes delays to the migration of other rust packages. Some architectures seem worse than others, amd64 and arm64 fail roughly half the time, armhf and i386 pass most of the time, and ppc64el, riscv64 and s390x fail most of the time.
