Dear maintainer, I see that the package fastqtl (version 2.184+v7+dfsg-4+b3) recommends r-cran-qvalue and r-cran-tools which are not in unstable. This can be seen in https://packages.debian.org/unstable/fastqtl Should it be dropped or changed? I see that r-cran-qvalue was removed in 2012-06-20: https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/r-cran-qvalue I think that r-cran-tools has never been in Debian.
