Dear maintainer,

I see that the package falkon (version 25.08.0-1) recommends libsvtav1enc0
which is not in unstable.

This can be seen in https://packages.debian.org/unstable/falkon

It seems that libsvtav1enc0 never existed in Debian (because when they
had existed they appear via https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/libsvtav1enc0
). But that it existed in Ubuntu 22.04 but not anymore

Regardess of the Ubuntu existance of libsvtav1enc0 I think that should
probably be dropped or changed in the Debian.
