The documentation is useless and deceptive, so could you please remove this 
package ?

It's hardly as bad as you describe. Yes, the documentation says that the only Unix-_specific_ documentation is the manual pages; but much of PuTTY's functionality is common across platforms, and so the documentation is far from useless even if it doesn't always go into Unix-specific features.
