Has written in subject: why is harfbuzz package no more updated? Current stable version is 11.4.4, and continously evoluting. But on Debian repositories (and Ubuntu ones), it looks like frozen in 10.2.0 from a long time ago. Even "experimental" distribution has not been refreshed since January.
