Thank you for the bug report. Can you clarify when exactly this 
happened? During the upgrade to Debian 13, or afterwards? How exactly 
did you detect / notice the failed service startup? Is the problem 
reproducible, now that the upgrade is finished and you have presumably 
rebooted your machine?
