I just found one more aspect!
I installed OS without Internet and choosen wrong time zone. Once
installed and connected to Internet I configured the Time Zone on LXQt
level and as you can see the clock it represents my local time
correctly, but the system time is wrong - based on initial tme zone
select. Now I will fix the problem, reconfiguring tzdata and fixing the
system time.
Please try to configure system time, when choose time zone from LXQt's
applet 'Configure "world Clock"' -> Time Zones.

Probably "hardcoded" to any other time zone? Also, my daily hour icons
